Spokespeople at the forum of the Council of Elders voiced an offer on behalf of the elders of the country for outstanding services and colossal activities for further multiplying the authority of our independent neutral homeland in the international arena, to award President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov with the highest state award - the title of Hero of Turkmenistan. As the delegates of the national forum emphasized, the Head of State performs enormous work aimed at ensuring a happy and wealthy life for his people. In a few years the image of our country has changed beyond recognition. All of us are witnesses that today Turkmenistan, due to the efforts of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, is known throughout the world as a strong and prosperous state with a high level of development.
