Spring green campaign has been started in Turkmenistan with participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. National action of tree planting, which took place all over the country, was timed to International Nowruz Day – National Spring Holiday, which is representing the generosity of nature in the period of its spring renewal and blooming, commitment to spiritual traditions and values, one of which is the care of native land.

60 transactions have been registered at the trades of the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference working session of the Cabinet of Ministers where current subjects of the state life have been discussed.

During the session of the Government on March 20, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered to start the sowing of cotton in Ahal, Balkan, Lebap and Mary Velayat on March 25 and in Dashoguz Velayat on March 29.

The UNESCO General Director Audrey Azoulay has sent official mail with original of the certificate on inclusion of Turkmen national carpet making art to the Representative List of Intangible Human Heritage to the Government of Turkmenistan.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held working session with participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers who is responsible for construction and industrial complexes, and heads of the some ministries.

On March 19, in accordance with the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, medical supplies and food products were sent from the Turkmen capital to Iran.
