22 transactions has been registered at the trades of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

As it was informed at the session of the Government on August 3 dedicated to the outcomes of seven months of the year, plan for communication services and cargo and passenger transportation has been fulfilled by 110 percent with the growth rate of 114 percent in transport and communication complex.

As it was informed at the session of the Government on August 3, that the plan of total production volume of the Ministry of Industry has been executed by 113.6 percent with the growth rate of 111.9 percent comparing with the same period of the last year.

The growth of the GDP of Turkmenistan are 6.2 percent for seven months of 2018. Comparing with the same period of the last year, the production has increased by 4.4 percent.

At the session of the Government on August 3, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov focused the attention of Vice-premier Ch. Gylyjov on the necessity of increment of trade turnover.

Increment of various agricultural production volumes and provision of food abundance are the most important priority of social and economic policy of Turkmenistan.

Exhibition of export goods of the Turkish Republic will be held in the building of the Trade and Industrial Chamber on December 15 – 17. The main objective of this event is to intensify beneficial Turkmen – Turkish trade and economic cooperation as well as to demonstrate the export potential and industrial capacities of the companies from different regions of this country.

Establishment of ramified transport infrastructure as important factor of economic and social development of Turkmenistan is one of priority directions of the state policy pursued by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. Large-scale projects initiated by the Head of the State have been successfully implemented in this sphere. It includes the modernization of existing and construction of new automobile and railway roads, fundamental renewal and expansion of the equipment and facilities base of civil aviation and fleet.
