Late last week, the Technologies Centre of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan hosted an International conference “Science, engineering and innovative technologies in the epoch of powerand happiness” timed to Science Day widely marked in our country.

Construction started of a new kindergarten in the village of Chishmikioy, Vulkanesht district, Gagauz Autonomous Region of the Republic of Moldova. The idea of the project was proposed by the Turkmen leader in 2013, in the course of his official visit to Kishinev.

Last week, the Turkmen capital hosted the fourth meeting of the joint intergovernmental Turkmen–Ukraine Committee for economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation. To participate in the meeting, a representative Ukrainian delegation led by vice-premier, minster of regional development, construction and housing and communal service of Ukraine Gennady Zubko came to Ashgabat.

XIV International Universal Exhibition “White city – Ashgabat” opened in the Sergi Koşgi Expo Centre in the Turkmen capital. The forum brought together over 130 companies and enterprises, including 40 foreign ones.
