For great achievements in glorifying the heavenly racehorses throughout the world, which are a national treasure and pride, a standard of beauty, in the development of the horse breeding industry, the preservation and improvement of the breeding and productive qualities of Turkmen horses, taking into account the conscientious and exemplary work over many years, professionalism, and also on the occasion of the National day of the Turkmen Horse, I decree:

Today, the 18th International Scientific Conference titled “The Turkmen Horse and the World Art of Horse Breeding” was held at the Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov, on the occasion of the National Day of the Turkmen Horse—widely celebrated in our country in the year proclaimed “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses.”
