In connection with the change of administrative-territorial division of Akhal region, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution, which orders:

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting via the digital system with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers A. Yazmyradov, who is in charge of the agro-industrial complex, and hyakims of the velayats, during which the dynamics of seasonal work performed in the regions of the country and issues of development of the agricultural sector were considered.

Today, on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag, as part of a working trip to the Balkan velayat, held a working meeting with the participation of Milli Gengesh, Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, members of the State Security Council, as well as heads of ministries and departments.  

A meeting of the Halk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan was held today under the chairmanship of Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

Today, the opening ceremony of the Days of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan in Turkmenistan was held in the capital.

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent deep condolences to President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo over the earthquake that occurred on the island of Java, which resulted in human casualties and numerous injuries.

Today, as part of the second day of his official visit to the United Arab Emirates, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov took part in the opening ceremony of the Turkmenistan-UAE business forum.

Today, the International Scientific Conference “Historical and Cultural Monuments of Turkmenistan: the experience of studying, preserving and restoring” has been held in the capital via videoconferencing, organized by the Ministry of Culture of the country on the instructions of the President of Turkmenistan.

Today, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has left for an official visit to the United Arab Emirates.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent heartfelt congratulations to President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on his convincing victory in the elections and re-election to the post of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
