In accordance with the Laws of Turkmenistan “On the legal status of military personnel”, “On the internal affairs agencies of Turkmenistan” and “On insurance”, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree approving the Procedure for compulsory personal state insurance of military personnel, citizens called up for military training, and employees of internal affairs agencies and payment of an insured amount to them.

Today, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country took place a scientific conference «Dialogue is a guarantee of peace», timed to coincide with the Day of Diplomatic Workers of Turkmenistan.

Today, as part of preparations for the upcoming March 12 important socio-political campaign - the upcoming presidential elections in Turkmenistan - meetings of initiative groups of citizens were held in the Balkan and Lebap velayats, during which the most worthy contenders for the highest state post were nominated.
