The Ministry of Finance and Economy is instructed to prepare a draft State Budget for 2023

Guided by the Program “Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State: The National Program for Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052”, in accordance with the Budget Code, in order to timely prepare drafts of the State Budget for 2023, the basic areas of socio-economic development and the investment program of the country, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, instructing the Ministry of Finance and Economy to:

organize work on the preparation of drafts of the State Budget for 2023, the basic areas of socio-economic development and the investment program of the country and submit them to the Cabinet of Ministers by November 1, 2022;

send calculation formulas and guidelines to the ministries, sectoral departments, khyakimliks of the velayats and the city of Ashgabat by June 1, 2022 for the preparation of the above draft documents;

establish a working group of professional and organize its effective work for the preparation of the above draft documents.
