President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference session of the Cabinet of Ministers where priority subjects of the state life and drafts of some documents have been reviewed.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held working session with participation of Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers P. Agamyradov and G. Mushikov where measures for mitigation f negative impact of COVID-19 pandemic on national economy as well as reforms in education sphere have been discussed.

According to the UN statistics, Turkmenistan has become one of the best countries in the world in mother and child welfare. Thus, according to UN reports published last year, the maternal mortality rate in our country is one of the lowest in the region of Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

Vice-premier, Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov had telephone conversation with the Foreign Minister of the Arabic Republic of Egypt Sameh Shoukry. The sides have discussed number of main subjects of agenda of Turkmen – Egyptian cooperation.

Aspects of expansion of cooperation were reviewed at the 19th session of Turkmenistan – European Union Joint Committee held in online format in the Ministry of Finances and Economy yesterday.

The next day of the Week of Culture in the Dashoguz Velayat was devoted to the Turkmen people’s musical traditions. A methodical conference was held in the Centre of Culture in the “Altynýol” Geneslik, S. A. Niyazov Etrap. The conference focused on the study of national dance and folk arts, as well as improvement of work of rural centres of culture.

Amansariyev and Chairman of the Board of the Peace Fund of Turkmenistan M. Sariyeva.

Grain producers of Turkmenistan has a hot time. The wheat harvest is speeding up every day. Seven districts have reported on fulfilment of obligations on delivery of grain to the state on June 24.

On June 23, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a meeting with Head of the Representative Office of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Ashgabat Fatih Turkmenoglu.

Among the main events of the third day of the Week of Culture held in the Dashoguz Velayat were opening of the exhibition of printed materials, a thematic scientific conference, a play of Nurmuhammed Andalib Musical and Drama Theater and a concert.
