President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took part in the events in Ahalteke Equestrian Complex. It hosted the races among senior master jockeys, the award ceremony of the winners of international ahalteke horse beauty contest and artistic contest for the best image of horse on the threshold of National Turkmen Horse Celebration Holiday.

IX session of International Ahalteke Equestrian Association chaired by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was held in Ashgabat.

For successful fulfilment of the objective of International Ahalteke Equestrian Association, further improvement of the glory of ahalteke horses and development of horse breeding art, wide implementation of advanced practice to horse breeding sphere, expansion of beneficial cooperation of horse breeders as well as in accordance with the Protocol of the Board of the Association, President of the Association Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, having ordered to hold next X session of International Ahalteke Horse Breeding Association in Ashgabat in April 2020.

An International Trade Exhibition and the 11th International Scientific Conference entitled ‘The Turkmen Horse and World Horse Breeding’ have opened in the capital. They are timed to coincide with National Turkmen Horse Day, marked publicly in our country.

“I congratulate you on the opening of the International Trade Fair and XI International scientific conference “A Turkmen Horse and World Art of Horse Breeding”, held in our country on the occasion of the Turkmen Horse Day”, says the President of Turkmenistan in his congratulatory address.

The Mukam Palace of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan, the Military Officers’ Palace and the Public Organizations Center have hosted formal presentation events for a new book titled ‘The Horse: A Symbol of Loyalty and Happiness’ by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

The Yildyz Hotel of the capital hosted the 7th session of Turkmen – British Trade and Economic Council. Representative delegation chaired by the member of the Parliament of Lords of Great Britain, Trade Representative of the Prime Minister of the country Duchess Emma Nicolson has to come to Turkmenistan for participation in session.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held joint session of the Cabinet of Ministers and the State Security Council where important subjects of the state life have been reviewed. The hyakims of the velayats and the capital have been invited to the session.
