The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the Institute of History and the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography of the Academy of Sciences are merged together.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which Magtumguly Institute of Language and Literature and National Institute of Manuscripts of the Academy of Sciences are merged together and Magtumguly Institute of Language, Literature and National Manuscripts of the Academy of Sciences was established on their base.

For improvement of the role of the Academy of Science in the economy of Turkmenistan, provision of competiveness of scientific achievements, development of activity of scientific and research organizations on integrated basis, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the financing from the State budget would be ceased within three years together with gradual dividing of scientific and research organizations of the Academy of Sciences into divisions.

For improvement of the activity of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having approved the Provision on this Ministry and the structure of its central office.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the Ministry of Textile Industry, the State Concern Türkmenhimiýa and Türkmensenagat Agency of the Ministry of Industry and Communication of Turkmenistan are allowed to found and be the shareholders of Türkmensenagat eksport-impor Open Joint-Stock Company.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having assigned the Ministry of Finances and Economy and the Ministry of Industry and Communication to change organizational and legal form of the Service and construction department of the State Power Communication Company Türkmentelekom of Türkmenaragatnaşyk Agency of the Minsitry of Industry and Communication and to transform it to Türkmentehnogurluşyk Closed Joint-Stock Company in set order.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the Türkmendeňizderýaýollary Agency of the Ministry of Industry and Communication as well as Turkmenbashy International Seaport of the same agency, which are the co-founders of Balkan Ship Building and Repair Yard OJSC, are allowed to be shareholders of teh above-mentioned joint stock venture.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which National Space Agency under the President of Turkmenistan is transferred under the authority of Türkmenaragatnaşyk Agency of the Ministry of Industry and Communication of Turkmenistan and named as the Space Department of this Agency.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which Agricultural Scientific and Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Protection of Turkmenistan is transferred under the authority of Turkmen Agricultural Institute and named as Agricultural and Production Centre of Turkmen Agricultural Institute.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which National Hydrometeorology Committee under the Cabinet of Ministries of Turkmenistan is assigned under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Protection and named as the Hydrometeorology Service of this Ministry.
