In order to properly organize the work of the State Agency for Road Construction Management, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the structure of the central office of the aforementioned State Agency.
The document enacts the State Agency for Road Construction Management, together with the Adalat Ministry, to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers within a month a draft Regulation on the aforementioned State Agency, as well as proposals for amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Resolution.
