In order to ensure the broad participation of representatives of the people in solving important issues of state and public life, strengthening the unity and cohesion of society, creatively improving the achievements in the development of national democracy, relying on the centuries-old experience of glorious ancestors in governing the state and following their wise precepts, as well as the organized holding of a meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan - the highest representative body of the interests of the people of Turkmenistan, the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan resolves:

In order to regulate relations related to the legal protection and use of integrated circuit topologies, in accordance with the Law «On the Legal Protection of Integrated Circuit Topologies» the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the Procedure for paying fees for the implementation of actions related to the state registration of integrated circuit topologies, as well as the amounts of the corresponding fees.

In order to rationally and effectively use the country's land resources and regulate land relations, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the Procedure for the registration, registration and issuance of documents on the provision of land plots for ownership, use and lease, as well as the Regulation on the State Commission on Land Issues.

In order to successfully implement the tasks defined in the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028» and further improve the social conditions and social security of the population in the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, I decide:

To appoint Orazdurdyyeva Bayramgul Motyyevna as Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, relieving her of her post as Minister of Education of Turkmenistan.

To appoint Gurbangeldiyev Jumamyrat Shamyradovich as the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan, relieving him of the post of Rector of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

To appoint Orazgeldiyev Nurmuhammet Bayramberdiyevich as Minister of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan.

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan» I decree:

To dismiss Rejepov Resul Shyhdurdyyevich from the post of Minister of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan in connection with the transfer to another job.

To relieve Ishangulyyeva Ogulhajat Amanmyradovna from the post of Chairman of the State Association of Turkmenistan «Türkmenhaly» in connection with her retirement.
