Considering merits in expansion of friendly relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Armenia, in study, careful preservation, popularisation and transfer of the creative heritage of the poet-classic of Turkmen literature Magtymguly Fragi  to future generations, a big personal contribution to rapprochement and enrichment of cultures, strengthening of friendship, brotherhood and mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmen and Armenian people as well as on the occasion of the 300th  anniversary of the Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi, to award President of the Republic of Armenia Khachaturyan Vahagn Garniki the anniversary medal of Turkmenistan «Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna» as well as  commemorative and gift badges.
