In order to regulate state registration of scientific programs (projects), plans and reports conducted in the country in the era of the Renaissance of a new era of a powerful state, and also in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On State Scientific and Technical Policy», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the Procedure for organizing and conducting state registration of scientific programs (projects), plans and reports on scientific activity.
