In order to ensure, in the era of power and happiness, high rates of development of the economy of an independent Motherland and the continuation of an active investment policy, the transformation of Turkmenistan into an industrialized state, the successful implementation of market economy reforms based on knowledge and innovation, combining economically, socially and environmentally friendly technologies, ensuring the diversification of the economy by sectors of the economy and forms of ownership, adapting to the digital economy, creating new jobs, systematically implementing measures to strengthen the economic power of the country and its regions, further improving the social and living conditions of the population and improving regional investment activity President Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the Investment Program of Turkmenistan for 2022.

The merits of the older generation in strengthening the economic power of independent Turkmenistan, in the successes achieved within the framework of the implementation of state programs for the development of all spheres of the economy, science, education and healthcare, in educating the younger generation in accordance with national traditions and customs are high. Great is the contribution to these wonderful achievements of workers in the health system and the medical industry.

By the Decree issued by the President of Turkmenistan, Deputy Chairman of the Extraordinary Commission of Turkmenistan for Combating the Spread of Diseases, Minister of Health and Medical Industry N. Amannepesov has been released from the duties of Acting Chairman of the above Commission.

For the purpose of scientifically substantiating the fundamental reforms being carried out in our independent Homeland in the Prosperous Epoch of the Powerful State, the introduction of scientific advances into the economy, science, education and culture, the science-based study of the history, culture, art, language and literature of our people, as well as the training of highly qualified professionals and scientific personnel the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, according to which the admission quotas for postgraduate and doctoral students in the fields of science, the registration of applicants for academic degrees, as well as the admission of medical postgraduate students to clinical studies in 2022 have been approved.

In order to continue the work being carried out in the Prosperous Epoch of the Powerful State to develop culture and art in our country, as well as to encourage creative workers, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree authorizing the Ministry of Textile Industry to conclude a contract with the State Enterprise “Dokmahyzmat” for the design and construction of a well-equipped cultural center “Dokmaçylar” of this Ministry along the Seydi metropolitan street with the neighborhood improvement.

In order to successfully implement the objectives set for the oil and gas industry of the country and ensure the timely performance of the planned work to increase oil production, the President of Turkmenistan signed the relevant Decree. According to the document, the Central Bank has been instructed to allocate credit funds to the “Türkmenbaşy” Joint Stock Commercial Bank for granting bank loans to the “Türkmennebit” State Concern for the purpose of financing the planned work to increase oil production through the exploration and development of oil and gas fields.

To appoint Yolamanov Serdargeldi Gurbangeldievich as the chairman of the State Agency for Road Construction Management, dismissing him from the post of Deputy Hyakim of the city of Ashgabat.

In order to successfully continue, in the epoch of power and happiness, the reforms carried out in the agricultural sector of the country, regulation of financial and economic relations between agricultural processing enterprises, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution setting in the amount of 1,000 manats the cost of 1 (one) ton of cotton seeds produced at cotton gins of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection and sold to vegetable oil production enterprises of this Ministry.
