In order to properly organize the work of the State Agency for Road Construction Management, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the structure of the central office of the aforementioned State Agency.

In order to further improve theatrical activity in the epoch of power and happiness in independent neutral Turkmenistan, to promote the creative potential of theaters, to stimulate theater workers, as well as in accordance with Article 19 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Theater and Theatrical Activity”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the procedure and conditions for awarding theaters the legal status of National or Academic.

By a Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, in connection with the upcoming working trip of Cabinet Deputy Chairman S. Toylyev to the People’s Republic of China, the temporary performance of the duties of Chairman of the Emergency Commission for Combating the Spread of Diseases in the period of February 4-9, 2022 was entrusted to the Deputy Chairman of this Commission, Minister of Health and Medical Industry N.Amannepesov.

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in a period from 30 January to 4 February, 2022, was send to a mission trip to Islamabad city (Islamic Republic of Pakistan) to conduct complex negotiations at the level of relevant managers and technical specialists on Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan–India gas pipeline and Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan power transfer line projects for the purpose of their practical implementation.

In order to meet the passengers demand in the Epoch of Power and Happiness for public bus services, proper regulation of the procedure of opening, changing and closing of bus routes, as well as in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On Road Transport» the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having approved the Procedure of opening, changing and closing of bus routes

In order to successfully achieve targets envisaged in the “Program for the Development of Foreign Economic Activity of Turkmenistan for 2020–2025” and “Program for the development of energy diplomacy of Turkmenistan for 2021–2025”, as well as development of international cooperation, aimed at ensuring the implementation of large-scale strategic goals and a set of measures related to the creation of an export-oriented industry of hydrogen energy of Turkmenistan, provided with highly qualified specialists and functioning on the basis of modern technologies, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having approved the Roadmap for the development of international cooperation of Turkmenistan in the field of hydrogen energy for 2022-2023.

In order to study and promote the national treasure in the Epoch of Power and Happiness, in commemoration of including the craftsmanship of making dutar and the art of playing it and the art of bakhshi in the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, bringing to future generations and promote the rich historical heritage in the world, the art of playing dutar and bakhshi art of the Turkmen people, as well as identifying and stimulating the talented musicians-bakhshi, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, instructing within the competition for the prize of the President of Turkmenistan «Türkmeniň Altyn asyry» to announce a contest «Çalsana, bagşy!» among the dutar players musicians-bakhshi and review its results in September, 2022, and Ministry of Culture – to provide its carrying out at a high level.

In order to make known the socio-economic reforms implemented in the country in the Epoch of Power and Happiness to the world community, further development of the multidimensional relations with foreign partners, wide introduction of scientific achievements, innovative technologies into production and attraction of investments in the sectors of the economy, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having approved the List of exhibitions, fairs, conferences and festivals, scheduled to be held by ministries and sectoral departments in 2022, as well as the composition of the organizing commission for their implementation. In accordance with the document, ministries and sectoral departments were instructed to ensure the implementation of the relevant measures at a high organizational level.

In order to successfully achieve targets envisaged in the «The Program of the President of Turkmenistan on Socio-economic Development of the Country for 2019-2025 », as well as to protect the plants from pests, diseases and weeds in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «About protection of plants», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having approved the State program of plants protection in Turkmenistan for 2022-2025 and the Activity plan for its implementation.

In order to successfully achieve targets envisaged for the gas sector of the country in accordance with the «Program for the Development of the Oil and Gas Industry of Turkmenistan until 2030», as well as to increase the volume of production and export of Turkmen natural gas, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having allowed the State Concern «Türkmengaz» to enter into additional agreements on financing the cost of relevant contracts concluded with the company «CNPC Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Company Limited» (PRC) in accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan No 527 dated 31 December, 2017 «On conclusion of the contracts for the provision of equipment and facilities and the provision of personal services by the State Concern «Türkmengaz»».
