By the Decree of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Prosecutor’s Office of Turkmenistan”:

2nd class lawyer Charymyradov Yakup Charymyradovich was appointed the Berkararlyk Etrap Prosecutor, the city of Ashgabat;

1st class lawyer Allanazarov Nedirguly Orazgulyevich was appointed the Akhal Velayat Deputy Prosecutor with the discharge from the position of Balkanabat City Prosecutor, Balkan Velayat;

Counselor of Justice Charyev Serdar Babadjanovich was appointed the Balkan Velayat Deputy Prosecutor;

Junior Counselor of Justice Hodjamgulyev Serdar Otuzovich was appointed the Balkanabat City Prosecutor, Balkan Velayat;

Counselor of Justice Berdimyradov Dovran Aydogdyevich was appointed the Dashoguz Velayat Deputy Prosecutor with the discharge from the position of Dashoguz City Prosecutor, Dashoguz Velayat;

1st class lawyer Charyev Rakhim Charyyarovich was appointed the Dashoguz City Prosecutor, Dashoguz Velayat;

2nd class lawyer Mamiev Hangeldi Bayrammadovich was appointed the Hodjambaz Etrap Prosecutor, Lebap Velayat;

Junior Counselor of Justice Kulyev Maksat Hodjamyradovich was discharged from the post of Berkararlyk Etrap Prosecutor due to the expiration of the term of office;

Counselor of Justice Ovlyagulyev Ruslan Geldimyradovich was discharged from the post of Akhal Velayat Deputy Prosecutor due to the expiration of the term of office;

Junior Counselor of Justice Golbaev Atabeg Durdymyradovich was discharged from the post of Hodjambaz Etrap Prosecutor, the Lebap Velayat, due to the expiration of the term of office.
