To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Armenia (Yerevan city) Ayazov Muhammetgeldi Nurberdievich concurrently as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Lebanese Republic.
President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree, according to which a group of military personnel and employees of military and law enforcement agencies of the country was granted state awards of Turkmenistan for the great personal contribution to strengthening the independence and sovereignty of neutral Turkmenistan, enhancing its defense capability, protecting the territorial integrity and constitutional system, maintaining security, public order and law, exemplary execution of military duties and high performance in combat training, taking into account many years of impeccable service to the sovereign Homeland, our courageous people, special services to the state and people, great successes achieved in fruitful state and social activities, as well as on the occasion of the Day of Homeland Defenders.
In order to further develop cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tatarstan (the Russian Federation), as well as to execute the Agreement between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan (the Russian Federation) on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree approving the membership of the Joint Turkmen -Tatar working group on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation for the Turkmen part.
In order to successfully implement the objectives set for the oil and gas industry of the country and ensure the timely completion of work specified to increase the natural gas production, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree in accordance with which the Central Bank of Turkmenistan was instructed to allocate credit funds to the Joint Stock Commercial Bank “Türkmenbaşy” for granting bank loans to the State Concern “Türkmengaz” to finance the work provided for increasing the natural gas production through the exploration and development of oil and gas fields.
In accordance with the “Program for the development of the oil and gas industry of Turkmenistan for the period up to 2030”, in order to ensure the uninterrupted supply of institutions, enterprises, public associations, individual entrepreneurs and the population with petroleum products, as well as the successful implementation of objectives for their most rational use, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, approving the amount of petroleum products, including motor gasoline, diesel and marine fuel, as well as aviation kerosene for domestic consumers in 2022.

In order to further increase in the Prosperous Epoch of the Powerful State the world fame of the “heavenly horses”, the national pride and heritage of the Turkmen people, a fine model of beauty, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree ordering to allocate funds to the State Association “Türkmen atlary” for upgrading horse breeding complexes, further enhancement of conditions for keeping horses and selection work, development of equestrian sports and training art, as well as the improvement of social and living conditions of horse breeders.
By order of the President of Turkmenistan, a delegation of our country headed by Cabinet Deputy Chairman Serdar Berdimuhamedov was sent to Tashkent, Uzbekistan to discuss issues related to key areas of trade, economic, political and diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as to hold working meetings and negotiations.
In accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On International Treaties of Turkmenistan”, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order authorizing the Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, the Forestry and Wildlife Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the Turkmen side, The State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Ecology and Environmental Protection in the field of management and protection of transnational objects “Turanian Deserts of the Temperate Zone”, nominated to the UNESCO World Heritage List.
