On conferring the honorary title of Turkmenistan «Türkmenistanyň at gazanan itşynasy» on the occasion of the Turkmen Alabay Day

For great success in keeping, growing, breeding on a regular basis through the use of modern achievements of world science and glorification in the world of Alabays, which are an integral part of the rich cultural heritage of the Turkmen people, the development and improvement of folk selection, the popularization of the best traditions of the national school of dog breeding, given the long-term conscientious and diligent work, as well as on the occasion of the Turkmen Alabay Holiday, I decree:

to award the following citizens of our country the honorary title of Turkmenistan «Türkmenistanyň at gazanan itşynasy»:

Begench Akmyradovich Bakeyev, an employee of the Ministry of National Security of Turkmenistan,
