In accordance with the Laws of Turkmenistan “On diplomatic service”, “On the status of the diplomatic missions of Turkmenistan abroad” as well as with the aim to improve the work of the diplomatic missions and consular offices of Turkmenistan in foreign states, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution “On financial aspects of the diplomatic service of Turkmenistan”.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to France, Djumaev Shohrat is appointed as the Representative of Turkmenistan at the International Exhibition Bureau.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held working session with participation of Chairman of the Supreme Control Chamber G. Mushshikov. Condition of national economy as well as financial situation of certain ministries and department have been discussed at the meeting.

Regular session of the Constitution Commission for amendments and addendums of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, which has been established by the decision of the People’s Council on September 25, 2019, took place in the Ruhiyet Palace of the capital.

President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held offsite session of the State Security Council where outcomes of work of military and law enforcement agencies for 11 months of the year have been discussed.

By the Resolution of the President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Police Captain Yazguly Agabayev was appointed as the Head of Police Department of Ahal Velayat.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference working session with participation of the hyakims of the velayats and Ashgabat. The agenda included social and economic development of region and the capital. The course of seasonal agricultural works has been reviewed.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Aramov Abdymuhammet is appointed as the Deputy Khyakim of the Kopetdag Etrap, Ashgabat and is released from the position as the Deputy Khyakim of the Berkararlyk Etrap, Ashgabat.

The eighth session of the Mejlis of the sixth convocation where number of new laws and legal and regulatory acts have been adopted was held.

Execution of the State Budget for 2018 including 85,963,595.00 manats revenue and 85,670,944.00 manats cost has been endorsed by the Resolution of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan.
