President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed congratulation message to school graduates and personnel of educational sphere on occasion of the Last Bell Holiday.

Having congratulated on the start of work of XVIII International Multipurpose Exhibition White City Ashgabat, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that this review would be very important in improvement of international cooperation and exchange of practice.

Ashgabat prepares to regular session of the Council of the Heads of the Governments of the Commonwealth of Independent States planned on May 31. Necessary organization work is carried out at present time.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution assigning the State Power Energy Corporation Türkmenenergo of the Ministry of Energy to sign the contract for provision of construction of the Energy Equipment Service and Maintenance Centre with external engineering communication on the territory Byuzmeyin State Power Station; the contract for provision of spare parts for gas turbine units with the Consortium of Çalik Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş (The Republic of Turkey) and Çalik Enerji Swiss AG (Swiss Confederation).

At the session of the Government, the Head of the State ordered to start grain harvest campaign in Ahal, Lebap and Mary Velayats on June 5 and in Balkan and Dashoguz Velayats on June 12.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular video conference session of the Cabinet of Ministers. Coming to the agenda, the Head of the State called deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers G. Myradov. The Vice-premier reported on the work for efficient involvement of the abilities of young specialists who has professional qualification.

In the morning, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov followed by the Speaker of the Mejlis, Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of military and law enforcement agencies as well as the Hyakim of Ashgabat has inspected the works in the centre of the capital, having focused on the provision of good condition of the main avenues of the city.

Conference hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted 13th session of Turkmen – Japanese Committee for economic cooperation. Big delegation of representatives of the main ministries, departments and business structures of Japan led by Vice-president of ITOCHU Corporation Yoichi Kobayashi has come to Ashgabat for participation in the meeting. Heads of representatives of leading profile ministries, departments and business circles of our country took part in the session from Turkmen side.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov congratulated Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi on the convincing victory of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) that he headed at the general parliamentary elections.
