The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving Türkmenawtoulaglary Agency of the Ministry of Industry and Communication and Ashgabat Motor Transport Enterprise of this Agency to become the co-founders of Awtomobil ulag hyzmaty Open Joint Stock Company.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov extended deep condolences to the President of the Federative Republic of Brazil Jair Bolsonaro in relation with the tragedy – the dam collapse in the state of Minas Geiras, which caused numerous victims and injuries.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular video conference session with number of the members of the Cabinet of Ministers where the subjects of state economic and social policy under formation of market relations have been discussed, developments of programmes of profile development have been reviewed and important decisions on structural changes of the ministries and departments has been made.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the Institute of Solar Energy of the Academy of Sciences is assigned under the authority of the State Energy Institute.

The Head of the State signed the Resolution, according to which the Institute of Biology and Medicinal Plants of the Academy of Sciences was divided into the Institute of General and Practical Biology and the Institute of Medicinal Plants.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the Institute of Livestock Farming and Veterinary of the Academy of Sciences is assigned in set order under the authority of Turkmen Agricultural University.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the Institute of History and the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography of the Academy of Sciences are merged together.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which Magtumguly Institute of Language and Literature and National Institute of Manuscripts of the Academy of Sciences are merged together and Magtumguly Institute of Language, Literature and National Manuscripts of the Academy of Sciences was established on their base.

For improvement of the role of the Academy of Science in the economy of Turkmenistan, provision of competiveness of scientific achievements, development of activity of scientific and research organizations on integrated basis, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the financing from the State budget would be ceased within three years together with gradual dividing of scientific and research organizations of the Academy of Sciences into divisions.

For improvement of the activity of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having approved the Provision on this Ministry and the structure of its central office.
