President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived in Kuwait. Deputy Minister of Emir's Court Affairs in Kuwait Sheikh Ali Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah, Adviser to the Emir of Kuwait Khaled Yousef Abdulaziz Al Fulaij, and other officials of the State of Kuwait, as well as the members of the Turkmen government delegation greeted the distinguished guest at the International Airport, decorated with the national flags of Turkmenistan and Kuwait.

A regular meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Turkmen-Iranian Commission on consular, border and customs issues started its work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Leaders and representatives of the appropriate ministries and law-enforcement agencies took part in its work.

The third session of authorised representatives of Caspian states, organized by the Foreign department of our country, the Ministry of Finances and Economy and the State Agency on Caspian Sea Affairs under the President of Turkmenistan, has started work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The official visit of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to the State of Kuwait starts on March 13. Upon the completion of the visit to Kuwait, the President of Turkmenistan will make an official visit to the United Arab Emirates.

Priority issues of the state life and regional development as well as the course of agricultural works have been reviewed at the session.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent condolences to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, over the tragic crash of An-26 aircraft that led to great loss of life.

Meredov who reported on preparation to coming official visit of the President of Turkmenistan to the State of Kuwait and United Arab Emirates.
