President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular session of the Cabinet of Ministers. Having announced the agenda, the Head of the State gave floor to Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Foreign Minister R. Meredov who reported on preparation to coming official visit of the President of Turkmenistan to the State of Kuwait and United Arab Emirates.

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution allowing the Ministry of Healthcare and Medical Industry to conclude a contract with Nusaý ýollary Individual Enterprise to design and build a health resort for 200 persons in Ak Bugday district of Ahal province, to provide it with modern medical equipment, spare parts and expendable items, train professionals and improve the surrounding territory.

As reported at the Government session on 9 March, preparations are underway for the scheduled upcoming official visits to the State of Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates by the President of Turkmenistan.

In the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it was held a meeting with the First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee – Executive Secretary of the Commonwealth of Independent States V.Guminskiy, who heads the CIS Observer Mission monitoring the preparation for the elections of Mejlis Deputies of Turkmenistan.

In accordance with the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, for the outstanding achievements in the education of younger generation, the title of honour of Turkmenistan “Ene Mähri” is awarded to mothers of many children, who gave birth and brought up eight and more children.

The capital Yildyz Hotel hosted the fifth session of Joint Turkmen – Tatar workig group for trade and economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation. Heads and representatives of different ministries and departments of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation were the participants of the forum.

By a Decree issued by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov, Azat Gadamovich Jepbarov, assistant to the editor-in-chief of the newspaper Nesil, has been appointed as editor-in-chief of the newspaper Bereketli Toprak.
