President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a speech during inauguration ceremony at Rurhiyet Palace.

President, Supreme Commander in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree on pardoning on the occasion of National Flag Day, in accordance with which 828 citizens of the country will be released from further serving the primary and additional punishment.
