During the session of the Government on May 11, Vice-premier D. Amangeldiyev informed on the development of the State Programme of national budget and regulatory framework and improvement of pricing system in construction in 2018 – 2020. For this purpose, Interdepartmental commission was established. It made number of documents stipulating the development of the register of construction materials, order of monitoring of pricing in construction, other documentation by the relative institutions, ministries, departments and high educational facilities, based on which the state register of standards and prices would be made. In this regard, the President highlighted that national construction industry is aimed at the realization of large-scale state programmes for industrialization, creation of modern transport infrastructure, production of import substitutive goods and increment of volume of export products, living construction and transformation of the regions. Modernization and reconstruction of existing facilities are carried out under these programmes and new industrial and social facilities are built. At the same time, such important objectives as improvement of competiveness of the branch, production, scientific and technical potential, expansion of the variety of construction material made of local resources, implementation of efficient management standards are solved. It is necessary to pursue well-thought price policy for the materials that would allow optimum using of existing capabilities and increasing the profitability of branch facilities for the support of high rates of development of construction complex and provision of its efficient work, the Head of the State noted. In this regard, the President of Turkmenistan requested the Vice-premier to approach with full responsibility the solution of all issues.
