In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, in compliance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the public prosecutor's office of Turkmenistan”, Counsellor in Justice Pollyev Serdar Tirkishevich was released from the position as the Ashgabat military prosecutor based on the results of the performance assessment.
