27 transactions were registered past week at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan. Businessmen from the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Afghanistan and others purchased, in foreign currency, hydrotreated diesel fuel and petroleum coke produced at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries. Businessmen from the UAE bought heavy vacuum gas oil from the Seydi Oil Refinery, and carbamide (Turkmenhimiya State Concern). The latter was also purchased by the representatives of the business circles of Afghanistan. In addition, clear sheet glass, cotton yarn and fabric were sold in foreign currency. The Russian Federation, the UAE, Ireland, Turkey, Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan were the buyer countries. The total value of transactions amounted to nearly 40 million US dollars. Cotton yarn worth over 3 million 871 thousand manats was purchased in local currency by businessmen from Russia, Turkey and Pakistan.
