In accordance with article 15 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On International Treaties of Turkmenistan”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a resolution ratifying the following international documents between Turkmenistan and foreign states:

1) Signed in Tashkent on October 5, 2021:

- “Agreement between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on increasing the volume of trade turnover, as well as on expanding mutually beneficial partnership relations between economic entities”;

- “Agreement between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the establishment of the Turkmen-Uzbek border trade zone - a trade center, and the regulation of its activities”;

2) Signed in Ashgabat on October 25, 2021 “Agreement between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cooperation in the civil defense, prevention and liquidation of emergency situations;

3) Signed on November 27, 2021 in the city of Ashgabat:

- “Agreement between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on cooperation in health and medical sciences”;

- “Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on a joint Turkmen-Turkish comprehensive secondary school”.
