In order to implement in the epoch of power and happiness the tasks set in the “Program for socio-economic development of the country for 2019-2025” to the Türkmendeñizderýaýollary Agency of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers for the construction of ships of various modifications, the President of Turkmenistan signed a resolution authorizing the State Bank for Foreign Economic Activity on behalf of the Government of Turkmenistan – the recipient of a loan:

- to conclude relevant agreements with the Islamic Development Bank to finance one part of the cost of projects for the construction of one RO-RO type vessel and one cargo ship, as well as carry out work related to their entry into force and operation;

- to conclude an appropriate loan agreement with the OPEC Fund for International Development to finance one part of the cost of the project for the construction of one RO-RO type vessel, as well as carry out work related to its entry into force and operation.
