In order to ensure high-level management of the Ahal Velayat Children's Health and Rehabilitation Center in the new modern administrative center of the Akhal Velayat and parking lots on its territory upon completion of their construction, to provide state support for the activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship,  as well as in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On guardianship and trusteeship» and part five, number one of article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On property», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, instructing the Ministry of Construction and Architecture to transfer free of charge in accordance with the established procedure to the balance of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry the building  according to the Decree No. 2227 of the President of Turkmenistan «On the construction of the Ahal velayat children's health and rehabilitation center in the new modern administrative center of the Ahal velayat» dated April 16  For 2021, the Ahal Velayat Children's Health and Rehabilitation Center, including an administrative building, a kindergarten for 150 places, a hospital for 100 places and a children's health center, as well as those under construction in accordance with Resolution No. 2560 of the President of Turkmenistan «On the construction of parking lots in the Ahal  Velayat Children's Health and Rehabilitation Center» dated January 13, 2022 after the completion of their construction.

The relevant facilities specified in the Resolution are prescribed to be assigned to the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship for use on the right of operational management with financing of expenses related to their maintenance at the expense of the budgetary funds of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry.

According to the document, under the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship forename Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, a Council of Elders consisting of seven members was established under the chairmanship of the Founder of this Foundation.

The document approved the Charter of the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship forename Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the Regulations on the Council of Elders attached to it.

The document also prescribed the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry, together with the Ministry of Adalat, to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers a proposal to amend and supplement the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Resolution within a month.
