By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Colonel-General Amanov Charymyrat Kakalyyevich was dismissed from the post of Secretary of the State Security Council in connection with the transfer to another job.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Gundogdyyev Begench Atayevich, was appointed Secretary of the State Security Council.

In order to improve the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers in accordance with the requirements of the time, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, prescribing

- abolish the post of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers for security, military and legal issues;

- to approve the structure and staffing of departments of the Cabinet of Ministers, subordinated to the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers for construction and industrial complex.

The document also instructs the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers for Construction and the Industrial Complex, together with the Ministry of Adalat, to ensure the preparation and submission to the Cabinet of Ministers of a proposal to amend and supplement the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Resolution within a month.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree approving the decision No. 1 dated April 6, 2022 of the general meeting of shareholders of the “Senagat” Joint-Stock Commercial Bank on the release of Tachmuhammedov Tachmuhammet Yazmuhammedovich from the post of chairman of the board of this bank in connection with the transfer to another job.
