President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan.

As noted in the message, over the past years, friendly ties and mutually beneficial partnership between our countries, based on the commonality of spiritual and cultural values, as well as on the principles of equality and mutual respect, have received worthy development and are consistently expanding.

Noting the successful dynamics of interaction in the political, diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres, the head of state confirmed the desire to further strengthen and develop the time-tested constructive cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
