Week of Culture - 2023 will be held in Ashgabat

In order to stimulate in the era of the Renaissance of the new era of the powerful state of creative workers to create new works, improve the quality of modern services provided by the sphere of culture to our close-knit people and hold the Weeks of Culture as a holiday of Turkmen culture, art and literature, which are traditionally timed to coincide with the Day of Workers of Culture and Art, as well as the poetry of Magtymguly Fragi, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution ordering to hold the Week of Culture from 22 to 27 June 2023 in the city of Ashgabat.

In accordance with the document, an organizing committee for the Week of Culture was created and its composition was approved.

The Ministry of Culture, the State Committee for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography, the Turkmen State Publishing Service, the State News Agency and the Khyakimlik of the city of Ashgabat were instructed to ensure the organization of cultural events on various types of art and artistic creativity within the framework of the Week of Culture, as well as their wide coverage in the media.
