In accordance with article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Public Prosecution of Turkmenistan”, the decree is issued:
councillor of justice Shykhmammedov Ovezmammet is appointed Public Prosecutor of Ashgabat city and released from the post of public prosecutor of Bagtyyarlyk district of Ashgabat city.
