President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov and all the fraternal people of the country on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Kyrgyz Republic.

“Over the years of independence, Kyrgyzstan has made significant progress in strengthening statehood, ensuring socio-economic development and increasing its authority in the international arena,” the message says.

Noting that at present, traditionally fraternal relations between Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan, based on the principles of good neighborliness, friendship and trust, are successfully developing in a wide range of areas, the head of state expressed his firm conviction that the Turkmen-Kyrgyz interstate ties will further expand and be strengthened for the benefit of our two peoples.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, the head of Turkmenistan expressed his sincere wishes to President Sadyr Japarov for good health, happiness and well-being, and to the fraternal people of the Kyrgyz Republic peace, further progress and prosperity.
