By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan”:

lawyer of the 1st class Ataev Aba Muhammetdurdyevich was appointed prosecutor of the Baherden etrap of the Akhal velayat with his release from the post of prosecutor of the Avaza etrap of the city of Turkmenbashi of the Balkan velayat;

lawyer of the 1st class Begliev Meretnazar Bayramnazarovich was appointed prosecutor of the Chardzhev etrap of the Lebap velayat with his release from the post of prosecutor of the Dovletli etrap of the Lebap velayat;

lawyer of the 2nd class Chopanov Gurbangeldi Abdyllaevich was appointed prosecutor of the Bagtyyarlyk etrap of the city of Ashgabat;

lawyer of the 2nd class Gurbanov Akynyyaz Allamyradovich was appointed prosecutor of the Avaza etrap of the city of Turkmenbashi, Balkan velayat;

lawyer of the 2nd class Abdyllaev Danatar Arslanovich was appointed the prosecutor of the Akdepe etrap of the Dashoguz velayat;

lawyer of the 2nd class Mamiev Khangeldi Bayrammadovich was appointed prosecutor of Dovletli etrap, Lebap velayat;

Junior Counselor of Justice Bekmammedov Azat Yazmammedovich was appointed prosecutor of the Khalach etrap of the Lebap velayat;

lawyer of the 2nd class Ataev Akmyrat Agalyevich was appointed prosecutor of the Sakarchaga etrap of the Mary velayat;

in connection with the inconsistency of the position occupied by the results of certification:

lawyer of the 1st class Rebbenakuliyev Ruslan Vepakulievich was dismissed from the post of prosecutor of the Baherden etrap of the Akhal velayat;

lawyer of the 1st class Amangeldiev Annamyrat Bayramalievich was dismissed from the post of prosecutor of the Chardzhev etrap of the Lebap velayat;

Junior Counselor of Justice Annageldiev Nurgeldi Khangeldievich was dismissed from the post of prosecutor of Halach etrap, Lebap velayat;

lawyer of the 1st class Tolegov Atamyrat Khusaiynovich was dismissed from the post of prosecutor of the Sakarchaga etrap of the Mary velayat.
