On awarding the sign of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the world “Ynsanperwerligiň sarpasy”

Given the significant contribution to the improvement of the activities of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the world in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state, merits in the study of national culture, art, folk art, literature, the history of the Turkmen people and their popularization among other peoples of the world, strengthening friendly ties with the Turkmens of the world, propaganda state policy of an independent neutral Motherland, the successes achieved during the years of independence, and also on the occasion of the glorious 31st anniversary of the sacred independence of neutral Turkmenistan, I decide:

to award the following foreign members of the Humanitarian Association of World Turkmens, as well as citizens of Turkmenistan with the sign of the Humanitarian Association of World Turkmens “Ynsanperwerligiň sarpasy”:

Nasser Khan Muhammet - an individual member of the Association from the Federal Republic of Germany;

Chapar Ibrahim - an individual member of the Association from the Republic of Turkey;

Nur Khan Abdul Eziz, an individual member of the Association from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;

Kurban Ghulam Nabi - an individual member of the Association from Afghanistan;

Kurban Neyaz Shir Mohammad - an individual member of the Association from Afghanistan;

Shagulyyeva Amangozel - People's Writer of Turkmenistan, laureate of the Magtymguly International Prize, Hero of Turkmenistan;

Nurmuhammedova Annajemal Saparovna - People's Artist of Turkmenistan, laureate of the Magtymguly International Prize;

Burunov Atajan - Head of the Department of “Social Sciences” of the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly, Professor, Honorary Elder of Turkmenistan;

Saparlyyev Italmaz - Head of the Department of “Hydraulic Structures” of the Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Nyyazov, Professor, Honorary Elder of Turkmenistan;

Suvhanov Nuryagdy - Head of the Department of “Social Sciences” of the Faculty of Chemical Technology and Ecology of the International University of Oil and Gas named after Yagshygeldi Kakayev, Professor, Honorary Elder of Turkmenistan;

Akmammedov Akmammet - Deputy Chairman of the Central Council of the Agrarian Party;

Tayharov Bayramdurdy - Head of the Banking Department of the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management, Professor;

Orazov Amangeldi - Senior Lecturer of the Department “Drawing and Strength of Materials” of the Faculty of Architecture and Construction of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction;

Bazarov Rejep - Vice-President of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World, Executive Director of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, Honorary Elder of Turkmenistan;

Myradov Batyr - editor-in-chief of the newspaper “Turkmen dünýäsi”.
