President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent heartfelt congratulations to President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and the fraternal people of the country on the occasion of the national holiday, the Republic Day.

In his message, the head of state, emphasizing that over the years of sovereign development Kazakhstan has achieved significant success in strengthening its statehood, improving the people’s wellbeing and increasing the country’s prestige in the international arena, noted with satisfaction that today friendly and good neighborly relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan are constructive and strategic in nature.

“I recall with particular warmth my recent state visit to Kazakhstan, which became an important step towards strengthening the ties of friendship between our peoples and deepening cooperation between our countries in various fields”, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized in his message and expressed his firm confidence that through the joint efforts we will continue to strengthen and develop our relations.

The President of Turkmenistan took the nice opportunity to express his wishes to President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev for sound health, happiness and success in responsible state activities, and to the fraternal people of the Republic of Kazakhstan for peace, wellbeing and prosperity.
