President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Vice President, Prime Minister, Minister of Defense of the United Arab Emirates, Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum on the occasion of the national holiday of the United Arab Emirates Emirates - State Proclamation Day.

Highly appreciating the interstate relations established between Turkmenistan and the United Arab Emirates, which are currently characterized by constructiveness and stability, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted with satisfaction that these relations are successfully developing in all priority areas.

Stressing that he recalls with great warmth his recent visit to this beautiful country, which took place in November of this year, the head of state expressed his firm confidence that the negotiations held and the solid package of documents signed would give impetus to further expansion and strengthening of bilateral cooperation.
