For great successes in strengthening the independence and sovereignty of Turkmenistan, enhancing the country’s economic capacity, the implementation of state programs for development of the oil and gas industry of the economy, special services performed for the independent state and the people of the country, taking into account many years of honest and exemplary work, as well as on the occasion of the Day of Oil and Gas Industry and Geology Workers, I hereby decree to:
