Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and all the people of the country on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
