On Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan
Taking into account a great service in strengthening of firm basis of the democratic, legal and secular state, all-round development and strengthening of international authority of independent neutral Turkmenistan, consolidation of unity of society, concordance and cohesion of people for long years of state and public work, recognition as an outstanding state figure and politician, who has earned a great honour, high respect and esteem of Turkmen people, high organizational skill in wise state management and great skill of competency, determination and leadership, successfully realizing the humane policy “State for people” in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, in accordance with the first article of the 3rd constitutional law of Turkmenistan “On Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan“, I decree:
To appoint Hero of Turkmenistan, Honoured Elder of Turkmenistan, Arkadag of people, National leader of Turkmen people Berdimuhamedov Gurbanguly Malikguliyevich Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan.
