In accordance with paragraph 16 of article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, I decree:
To appoint Khojamgulyev Begench Gurbangeldiyevich Chairman of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan and release him from the position of the Chairman of Ashgabat city court.
