With a view of enhancement of efficiency of state control over storage and rational use of petrochemical goods in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution to assign Türkmennebit State Concern to incorporate the State Service for control over use of petrochemical goods of Türkmennebitönümleri Department of the Concern and to rename it State Service for control over use of petrochemical goods and to approve the Provisions of the State Service for control over use of petrochemical goods of Türkmennebit State Concern.

The document also assigns Türkmennebit Stated Concern with the Ministry of Justice to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers proposals on introducing amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan proceeding form the given Resolution.

With a view of successful continuation of reforms in agriculture of the country, cultivation of agricultural crops by their species in accordance with soil and climatic conditions of velayats and etraps as well as further increase in the volume of agricultural products by scientifically approved seed rotation and increase in the yield of crops in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution to approve the Plan of zoning agricultural crops by velayats in 2023.

With a view of turning our country into a blooming land and augmentation of beauty of its nature in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State as well as realization of the National Forest Program for 2021–2025, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution to instruct to ensure planting of saplings of deciduous, coniferous, fruit trees and grape in Turkmenistan in 2023, including:

by ministries and sectoral departments, khyakimlik of Ashgabat city – 1,5 million saplings;

khyakimliks of velayats – 1,5 million saplings.

According to the document, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection jointly with khyakimliks of velayats and Ashgabat city should define the places for planting saplings of deciduous, coniferous, fruit trees and grape.

Ministries and sectoral departments, khyakimliks of velayats and Ashgabat city should ensure planting of saplings of fruit trees and grape by their species on especially allotted land plots, irrigation of saplings of deciduous, coniferous, fruit trees and grape by drip method.

The document also instructs the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection to supply in sufficient quantity ministries and sectoral departments, khyakimliks of velayats and Ashgabat city with saplings of grape and 3-year old saplings of trees as well as to ensure control over planting and care of them.

In consideration of the great services performed by our women in the period “Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State” in carrying out reforms for the country’s prosperity, raising a faithful to the Homeland, healthy and inspired generation, in order to continue the noble traditions of ancestors in honouring dear mothers and sisters, as well as implement the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 1152 “On presenting cash to women of our country as gifts on the occasion of International Women’s Day” dated February 27, 2019, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Order.

The document instructs to present, on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan, cash as gifts on the occasion of International Women’s Day in a ceremonial atmosphere in the period of March 1-6, 2022, in the amount of 60 (sixty) manats to women and girls working at enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of their pattern of ownership, as well as those who receive pensions and state benefits, undergo off-the-job training at postgraduate, doctoral and clinical studies, students of the courses at the Civil Service Academy under the President of Turkmenistan with a period of study of at least two years, students, schoolgirls and pupils of preschool institutions.
