President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, during his working visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan, took part in the Summit of the Contact Group of the Non-Aligned Movement to Combat COVID-19.

Upon arrival at the Congress Centre, which became the venue for the Summit, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was warmly and cordially greeted by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.

Then the head of the Turkmen state spoke at the plenary session of the Summit of the Contact Group of the Non-Aligned Movement to struggle with COVID-19.

The speech of the President of the country was listened to with deep interested attention and met with applause from the Forum participants.

On the same day, here at the Baku Congress Centre, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov met with President Ilham Aliyev.

In continuation, the interlocutors stated with satisfaction that our countries are making joint efforts to strengthen the established interstate ties in the field of politics, economics and trade, and the humanitarian sphere.
