In order to successfully implement the provisions outlined in the Program “Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State: the National Program for Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052”, promote socio-economic development of the regions, further improve the wellbeing of the population in the period of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, and enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban planning look of the city of Arkadag, Akhal Velayat, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, instructing:

– to implement the second construction stage of Arkadag city, Akhal Velayat in 2023–2026;

- the Akhal Velayat Khyakimlik and the Ministry of Construction and Architecture to draw up within a month a master plan for the city of Arkadag, Akhal Velayat;

- the State Committee for the Construction of the Akhal Velayat Center and the Arkadag City Khyakimlik, Akhal Velayat, to hold a joint tender for the construction of relevant facilities;

- the State Committee for the Construction of the Akhal Velayat Center, sectoral departments, enterprises and the Akhal Velayat Khyakimlik to ensure the timely completion of facilities provided in the second construction stage in the city of Arkadag, Akhal Velayat;

- the State Committee for the Construction of the Akhal Velayat Center to keep control over the construction of the above facilities.
