With a view to popularize great achievements of the country, to familiarize with opportunities of the smart  city-  city of Arkadag, which has not analogues in the region and where digital solutions and latest technologies have been introduced and to inform the wide public with large-scale work and measures taken in city planning and results gained in this area in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State as well as to publish various articles and materials on the life of population of the city, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution, according to which, as a legal entity, the editorial office of the newspaper “Arkadag’ was established and its statute was approved.

The document also assigns to start publication of the newspaper “Arkadag” in Turkmen once a week from July 2023.

The Turkmen state publishing service was instructed to prepare jointly with the Ministry of Adalat proposals on introduction of amendments and additions proceeding from the given Resolution to legislation of Turkmenistan and submit them to the Cabinet of Ministers within a monthly period.
