On categorizing the residential complex of the Karizek etrap of the city of Arkadag as a settlement and assigning it the name of a seyis-mentor Aba Annayev

 In the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, as a result of the tireless care of the respected President Arkadagly Serdar for ensuring the well-being of our country, the fertile and modern life of our people, their activities, initiatives for the benefit of the country and people, today our beautiful land has reached an unprecedented level of development in history.

Our National Leader, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag makes great efforts to increase the world fame of the Ahal-Teke horses and pays special attention to the development of the horse breeding industry. In our country, a lot of work is being done to increase the number of Ahal-Teke horses, to intensify international cooperation in this spectrum, to promote national equestrian sports and the noble principles of horse racing, as well as to provide modern living conditions for horse breeders, seyises.

Guided by the activities carried out in the field of perpetuating the names of individuals who left a special mark in the history of our country and the memory of the people, taking into account the outstanding merits of the skilled horse breeder, seis-mentor Aba Annayev, who created the pedigree line of beautiful Ahal-Teke horses, in the development of the ancient art of horse breeding of the Turkmen people, maintaining purity the breed of Ahal-Teke horses and its transmission from generation to generation, the petition of the hakimlik of the city of Arkadag and the presentation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, as well as in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On the procedure for resolving issues of the administrative-territorial structure of Turkmenistan», the Mejlis of Turkmenistan decides:

• Classify as a settlement a residential complex, which is an integral part of the Karizek etrap of the city of Arkadag, which has favourable living conditions for the work of horse breeders, and assign it the name of a skilled horse breeder, seyis-mentor Aba Annayev, who created a pedigree line of beautiful Ahal-Teke horses, famous throughout world, and continue to call it «the village of Aba Annayev of the Karizek etrap of the city of Arkadag».
• The Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, together with the hakimlik of the city of Arkadag, shall, in the prescribed manner, describe the administrative boundaries of the village of Aba Annayev, Karizek etrap, of the city of Arkadag.
• To appoint the election of members of the Genesh of the village of Aba Annayev of the Karizek etrap of the city of Arkadag on Sunday, on the 23^rd of July, 2023.
• Make appropriate changes to the List of administrative-territorial units of Turkmenistan, approved by the resolution of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan №112-IV dated on the 10^th of May, 2010.
